·   Where possible, vector art is preferred with all fonts converted to outlines or curves. Raster or bitmap file requirements for the various products are listed below.

·   Bumper Stickers require minimum of 300 dpi bitmap files.

·   Magnetic and Fold-Over Yard Signs require minimum of 150 dpi bitmap files.

·   Banners up to 8 feet long require a minimum of 72 dpi bitmap files.

·   Banners over 8 feet to 16 feet long require a minimum of 48 dpi bitmap files.

·   Banners over 16 feet long require a minimum of 24 dpi bitmap files.

·   All custom cut stickers require a vector outline for cutting.

PRINT RESOLUTION & inks

·   All products are printed up to 720 dpi in full color process.

·   Inks used on all products are made with automotive-grade pigments designed to resist fading for 2 years on the vinyl materials.

CUSTOM VINYL BANNER - VINYL SIGN CHARACTERISTICS

·   13 ounce vinyl banner, three-ply material with PVC on the outside layers and polyester scrim inside.

·   Vinyl banners have a semi-gloss finish. Anti-mildew, anti-UV, and the vinyl is flame retardant.

·   Our custom vinyl banners are designed to withstand temperatures as low as minus 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

·   Vinyl banners have the outside edges folded and glued with grommets on all corners and spaced between as needed. Gluing is superior compared to perforation of the banner caused by sewing.

·   Vinyl banners are guaranteed to resist fading for 2 years in excess of 15%.

·   Magnetic Signs are laminated for additional protection and added life.
